About the League

Coach Deon’s Girls Basketball League is a structured four-week league for girls in grades 5–8. Players develop skills, learn team concepts, and compete in organized games in the same weekly session.

What Friday Nights Look Like

Each Friday includes a 50-minute practice and a 32-minute game within a two-hour league session. Divisions alternate weekly on which group plays first.
