Who can join the Girls Select League?

Girls in 5th–8th grade who are ready to grow their confidence, skills, and understanding of the game. The league is designed for players who want structure and coaching, whether they are newer to organized basketball or already competitive.

When are practices and games held?

Practices and games are combined into the same Friday night session. Players first complete a structured skill development segment and then play organized games with coaching, substitutions, and teaching throughout.

What equipment does my daughter need?

Players should bring a basketball and basketball shoes to each session. League uniforms are provided to use during the session and must be returned at the end of the league or a uniform fee applies.

Coach Deon’s Girls Basketball League is where girls in 5th to 8th grade build real basketball skills, grow their confidence, and fall in love with the game — all in a fun, structured, and supportive league environment.

This 4-week mini league features weekly skill development and live gameplay in the same session. Whether your daughter is newer to organized basketball or already competitive, she’ll benefit from clear teaching, standards, and a positive team experience.
