Youth Basketball Training in The Woodlands
“We tried 2 other local basketball programs before we met Coach Deon back in 2020/2021. My son has been in his program ever since. Coach D and his team does an excellent job teaching and strengthening the fundamental skills of basketball into their players.”

Dribbling & Shooting Class
Parents want progress they can see. This class is designed to deliver it. Over four Friday evenings in October, your player will train in a structured environment that builds ball control and shooting mechanics the right way and in the right order. Each session is 90 minutes, split into 45 minutes of dribbling work followed by 45 minutes of shooting. We keep the pace high, the reps purposeful, and the teaching clear.
The dribbling block focuses on foundation first: stance, balance, and handle under control. From there we layer change of pace, change of direction, and protection moves so players can keep the ball under pressure and attack space with confidence. In the shooting block, we build from feet to finish—footwork, alignment, rhythm, and release—then apply those mechanics to game shots off the catch and the dribble. Players get feedback every rep and are held to standards that stick.
This class is ideal for beginners and developing players who need a consistent plan and a coach who will teach, correct, and encourage at the same time. We group and pace by ability on-court so each player is appropriately challenged. The goal is simple: translate practice into performance.
