Coach Deon’s November Basketball Programs: Building Confidence and Skill in The Woodlands

Building Confidence, Character, and Skill Through Structured Player Development
By Coach Deon Media Team

November is a special month for young athletes in The Woodlands. It’s a time to grow, compete, and prepare for what’s next — both on and off the court. That’s exactly what Coach Deon’s November Basketball Programs are designed to do.

From the youngest beginners to players striving for school and club-level success, every program is built around one mission: to give kids structure, confidence, and a clear path to improvement.

Held at The Woodlands Methodist School – FLC Gym from November 3–30, 2025, this month’s lineup features a complete player development system that meets kids where they are — and pushes them to new levels.

Programs That Make a Difference

Fundamentals First Classes
Perfect for beginners and developing players, these 45-minute sessions teach the core foundations of basketball. Players can choose from All Skills, Shot Builder, or Dribbling — each class designed to strengthen coordination, balance, and game understanding.

Intermediate Skills Class
For athletes ready for a challenge, this class builds upon the basics with advanced ball handling, shooting consistency, and decision-making drills that translate directly into game performance.

Youth Basketball Leagues
These leagues combine structured practices and real games in one session. Players compete, learn, and grow in a team environment that emphasizes effort, accountability, and teamwork — not just winning.

Thanksgiving Camp (November 24–26)
The Thanksgiving Camp keeps the energy high over the holiday break. With full-day and half-day options, kids stay active while improving their game in a fun, focused, and supportive setting.
